But just imagine it once the floors are done and the walls are painted!For now I added a few plates to the wall to try and make this corner feel a little happier.. Chris asked me when I was going to get the bowl of hard candies to go with all of my plates on the wall.. Whatever, Chris.I used some paint stripper on the top to remove most of the old finish.

Honestly, that was a big giant mess and I still ended up having to sand it down a whole bunch.Next time, I’ll probably just suck it up and sand the whole thing.

It got the job done though!One of my favorite features of the tree was the extra long cord that came with it.

We could set it up in the middle of the room and still not need an extension cord to plug it in!.And here’s the tree all decorated!

The plan was to have this done a long time ago, of course, before Jack was born.As it turned out, I ended up decorating it mostly holding a fussy baby in one hand..
